NexGenPlugins develops and sells its own official WordPress plugins, themes, and digital products while also providing a platform for independent developers and creators to sell their products to customers worldwide.

Eligibility

To become an author, you must:

Author Responsibilities

Prohibited Content

Authors must not upload products that:

• Contain malware, viruses, spyware, or malicious code.
• Promote illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Include misleading descriptions or false claims.
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Contain offensive, abusive, or unlawful content.

Any product violating these rules may be removed without prior notice.

Product Review

All submitted products may be reviewed before publication.

Our review process may evaluate:

• Originality
• Overall marketplace standards

Submission does not guarantee approval.

Product Ownership

Authors retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the products they create.

By listing a product on NexGenPlugins, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, promote, market, distribute, and process sales of your products through our marketplace.

Pricing

Authors may set product prices where marketplace settings allow.

NexGenPlugins reserves the right to:

Commissions & Payouts

Authors receive earnings based on the commission structure established by NexGenPlugins.

Payouts are processed according to the marketplace payout schedule and may require identity or payment verification before release.

Applicable taxes, payment processing fees, or legal deductions may apply where required.

Product Updates

Authors are responsible for maintaining their products by:

• Fixing bugs
• Addressing security issues
• Improving compatibility
• Providing updates when appropriate

Regular maintenance helps ensure a better customer experience.

Customer Support

Authors are expected to provide support for their own products.

Support should include reasonable assistance with:

• Installation
• Configuration
• Product functionality
• Bug reporting

Custom development or additional services are not required unless explicitly offered by the author.

Intellectual Property

Authors must own or have proper rights to all files included in their products.

If a copyright infringement claim is received, NexGenPlugins may temporarily disable or remove the product while the matter is reviewed.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an author account if the author:

• Violates these Terms.
• Uploads unauthorized or illegal content.
• Repeatedly receives valid infringement complaints.
• Attempts fraudulent activity.
• Misuses the marketplace.
• Fails to comply with applicable laws or marketplace policies.

Limitation of Liability

NexGenPlugins provides the marketplace platform but does not become the owner of third-party products sold by authors.

Authors remain solely responsible for the products they publish, their content, customer support obligations, licensing, and compliance with applicable laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Author Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our marketplace, services, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the marketplace after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
